• Assessment of Loan Applications: All loan applications are carefully evaluated by Paiseinseconds to guarantee accuracy and openness. If at any point throughout the application process, it is discovered that there is inaccurate information or inappropriate documents, we reserve the right to cancel the sanction letter. This is to safeguard everyone concerned and preserve the integrity of our loan operations.
• Abuse of Credit Funds: Paiseinseconds reserves the right to revoke the loan sanction and recover the full amount disbursed if it is discovered that the loan funds were not used for the intended purpose as indicated in the loan application. Interest and penalties that apply will be part of this recall. Maintaining trust and compliance within our financial system depends on making sure loan funds are used as intended.
• Disclaimer on Asset Quality: For any errors or flaws in the items that are bought with the loan amount, Paiseinseconds is not liable. It is recommended that borrowers conduct their independent due diligence on any assets they purchase with loan proceeds. Due diligence must be carried out to prevent any problems with asset quality after purchase.
• Not Finishing the Formalities: Paiseinseconds retains the right to cancel the sanction letter if the borrower does not fulfil the stipulated formalities or submit the necessary papers within the prearranged timeframe. For loan applications to be processed smoothly, all formalities and documentation must be completed on time.
• Modification of Loan Conditions: The terms of sanction, including but not limited to the loan amount, payback schedule, and interest rate, are subject to change at any time by Paiseinseconds. It is acknowledged by the borrowers that they are powerless to overturn such rulings. Without giving a justification, Paiseinseconds is free to revoke the punishment letter at its discretion. This adaptability is required to adjust to shifting regulatory requirements and financial situations.
• The Due Date and Any Extensions: All of the outstanding sum is due when the payback period ends. Repayment period extensions may only be taken into consideration in extreme situations, like natural catastrophes or tragedies. These extensions are given at Paiseinseconds's sole discretion and are meant to help in dire circumstances.

2. Refund

• Refund for Overage Amount: After receiving notification from the borrower, Paiseinseconds will start the return process if more money is deposited into the loan account.
• Disclaimer of Failed Transaction: Failures involving debit cards, credit cards, UPI, NetBanking, or wallet transactions about loan instalment payments are not the responsibility of Paiseinseconds. Buyers need to make sure that the transaction information is correct.
• Adjustment of Incorrectly Credited Amounts: Paiseinseconds will correct an entry if a repayment installment is inadvertently credited to a different account and will not be held liable for any resulting losses.
• Extra Installment Reversion: At the borrower's request, Paiseinseconds may return any excess installment that was paid into the loan account. Extra credits are not the responsibility of the company.
• Modification of Policy: At its sole discretion, Paiseinseconds retains the right to add, remove, modify, or amend any of the aforementioned restrictions without giving borrowers advance notice.
